-What is the best way to contact Macora Health?

-How do I find my order number and/or invoice?

When an order is placed on our website, an invoice with your order number is promptly emailed to the email address used when the order was placed. If you do not see it in your normal inbox, be sure and check your SPAM folder as well.

 

-Does Macora Health provide installation?

We do not provide installation but all products will come with a step by step guide on how to put your products together. Speaking from experience here at Macora Health it is a very rewarding process. Alternatively if you do require assistance and you don’t know someone who can, our team here at Macora Health would be happy to help you find a contractor or handyman.

 

Shipping

-How do we ship?

Macora Health uses shipping companies such as FedEx, USPS, and UPS on our normal sized and smaller items. For larger LTL items such as saunas, we use freight shippers such as Roadrunner, Saia, and Estes.


-Do you have Order Tracking?

Yes, you will be promptly sent an email with your tracking number, in this email you can also access our track-your-order page. You will see the status of your order once the item has been dispatched.


-Where do our products come from?

Macora Health is partnered with many high end manufacturers of Cold Plunge Tubs and Saunas around the States. The product manufacturer who supplies the products you’ve purchased will have their own state of the art Build and Distribution Centre where your Sauna or Cold Plunge will be made, quality checked and shipped from.


-What is your refund/returns policy?

Each one of our Manufacturers will have their own refund/returns policy so please see the products page for the products you’re interested in. Below the images there will be information about refund/returns.


-Do we ship outside of the US?

Depending on the item's size, we can ship outside the US. However, the customer is then responsible for shipping costs on anything outside of the continental US, please reach out to us for international shipping quotes.
