Warranty: Provided with a 1-year warranty on The Chiller and The Edge Tub and their peripherals against manufacturing defects and normal product use. However, for commercial use, the warranty period is reduced to 6- months. The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear or misuse of the product

Returns: Within 30 days of purchase, you may return your Recoverex cold plunge for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) for any reason, provided that the product is in like-new condition without any damage. To request a refund, please send us a message.
